Analyzed and restructured the LEED for Neighborhood Development (LEED-ND) rating system to create a localized version aligned with Saudi Vision 2030. Adjustments included climate-specific metrics, public realm priorities, cultural identity, and infrastructure differences.
Delivered a comprehensive proposal for a Saudi-tailored LEED-ND framework that supports more contextually relevant urban sustainability certification, especially for new residential developments.
